🗓️ Default Non-Chargeable Time
Enter values in whichever unit makes sense for each row — hours are always shown underneath. These are global defaults applied to all employees. RDOs are configured per team since EBA and Award teams have different entitlements.
📋 Applicable Allowances
Select the standard allowances that apply to your workforce. Checked allowances are added on top of the employee's base hourly rate in the calculator. Weekly amounts shown are current Award rates (1 July 2025).

Restore Default Profiles
Reset the 7 built-in profiles (EBA Tradesperson, Award Tradesperson, apprentices etc.) back to factory settings. Your custom profiles will not be affected.
⚡ Fair Work Commission — Live Rates
Connect to the Fair Work Commission's Modern Awards Pay Database (MAPD) to automatically sync current minimum rates, allowances, and penalty rates for MA000025. Rates update every July after the annual wage review.

🔄 Sync Rates
Syncing fetches all current pay rates, allowances and penalty rates for the Electrical Award (MA000025) and caches them for 7 days. Sync once after each annual July wage review to keep rates current.
